What to bring, how sessions work, and how insurance is handled, all in plain English.
Here's exactly what to expect, so nothing about day one is a surprise.

Your insurance card, a photo ID, and, if you have one, a therapy prescription from your physician. A prescription isn't required in Illinois. For auto or workers' comp claims, bring your claim or case-manager info.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, loose enough to give your therapist access to the area being treated, plus supportive sneakers. That's the right call for most sessions.

Plan on about 90 minutes. Your therapist evaluates how you move, finds the source of your pain, and starts treatment the same day. You'll leave with a clear plan and a picture of the visits ahead.
No fine print, no runaround. Here's how it works.

Illinois allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can start without a physician referral. If you do have a prescription, bring it and we'll coordinate with your doctor.

We're in-network with major Illinois plans. Have your card ready when you call, and we'll verify your benefits and explain your coverage before your second visit.

No insurance? A self-pay evaluation is $180, treatment visits are $160 each, or $1,500 for a 10-visit package. Due at the time of service. See pricing.
Fill out your new-patient paperwork before you arrive and spend your first visit on care, not clipboards.
