What does a visit cost?
Your first visit is a $180 evaluation. Treatment visits after that are $160 each, or $150 a visit ($1,500) when you buy a package of 10 up front. Dry needling is $45 for a 15-minute session, or $80 for 30 minutes with soft tissue work.
Do I need insurance or a referral?
Neither. Illinois allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can start without a physician referral, and self-pay means there's no insurance required at all.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.
Do the 10 package visits expire?
Your package visits are yours to use through your course of care. Ask your clinic about the current terms when you purchase.
Can I switch to insurance later?
Yes. If your situation changes, just let us know and we'll verify your benefits and bill your plan going forward.
