Corrective Scoliosis Program

Stand tall against scoliosis.

Targeted, exercise-based care for teens and adults with scoliosis, building the strength and awareness to manage your curve and live fully with it.

Who this is for

This program is for you if…

Whether it's your spine or your child's, a plan beats worry.

Our approach

A program built around your spine.

No two curves are the same, which is why generic core work only goes so far. Scoliosis-specific exercise trains your body in the directions your unique curve needs, building strength and postural awareness exactly where they count.

For teens, that means supporting growth years with confidence instead of fear. For adults, it means less pain, better posture, and a spine you know how to take care of.

How we help

A program built around your curve.

Specific, measurable, and yours.

Curve-specific assessment

We map how your curve affects your posture and movement, and build the program around it.

Corrective exercise

Scoliosis-specific strengthening and breathing work, trained in the directions your spine needs.

Postural retraining

Daily-life awareness and habits that support your alignment outside the clinic.

Bracing & team support

We coordinate with your physician and orthotist when bracing is part of the plan.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Closely related

Connected care.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Scoliosis care, answered.

Can exercise really help scoliosis?
Scoliosis-specific exercise is an established, evidence-supported part of modern scoliosis care, used to build strength, improve posture, and support curve management. We'll be honest about what it can and can't do for your specific curve.
Is this program for kids or adults?
Both. We work with adolescents during growth years and with adults managing long-standing curves.
Does my child need this if they're being braced?
Exercise therapy often works alongside bracing. We coordinate with your physician and orthotist so everything pulls in the same direction.
Will this fix the curve completely?
No honest provider promises that. The goals are strength, alignment, pain reduction, and confident long-term management.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most major plans cover it, and we'll verify your coverage before your first visit.
