Who this is for

This program is for you if…

First responders carry the load. We've got your back.

Our approach

Your job doesn't do light duty.

Hauling hose up stairs, controlling a struggle, carrying a person out of a building. No generic rehab program prepares you for that, and getting cleared on paper isn't the same as being ready in the moment.

We rehab your injury at its root, then rebuild you against the actual demands of the job, load, ladders, gear, and grappling, so when you go back, you know you're ready, not just cleared.

How we help

Rebuilt for the job.

How we return you to duty.

Injury rehab at the root

Hands-on care that fixes why you got hurt, not just the spot that's complaining.

Job-task conditioning

Lifting, carrying, climbing, and dragging, trained against the real demands of your work.

Return-to-duty preparation

Progressive testing against your department's physical standards, so clearance day is a formality.

Workers' comp coordination

We handle documentation and communicate with everyone involved in your case.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Common duty injuries

What we treat.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Firefighter & police rehab, answered.

Do you handle workers' comp cases?
Yes, regularly. We manage the documentation and coordinate with your department, adjuster, and any attorney involved.
Can you prepare me for my department's physical test?
Yes. We train against your department's actual standards so the test is a checkpoint, not a cliff.
I'm not injured, just worn down. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Durability work for the demands of the job is some of the most valuable training a first responder can do.
Do you understand the physical demands of the job?
We build the program around them, hose drags, lifts, stairs with load, control positions, because clearance without readiness helps no one.
Do I need a referral?
For a duty injury, yes. Workers' comp requires a referral and authorization before care starts, and we'll help you sort it out. Off duty or on your own insurance, Illinois direct access lets you book directly with us.
