Golf Rehab & Performance

Play more golf, with less pain.

We fix the pain, then fix the movement pattern in your swing that caused it, so you can play longer, swing freer, and stop paying for every round.

Who this is for

This program is for you if…

From weekend golfers to competitive players.

Our approach

Your swing is a full-body chain.

A golf swing sends force from the ground, through your hips and trunk, out to the club. When one link can't do its job, a stiff hip, a locked-up mid-back, another link overworks, and that's usually where the pain shows up.

We're built for exactly this. Our whole-body approach finds the real restriction, treats it, then rebuilds your rotation and power, so the fix shows up in your body and your ball flight.

How we help

From painful rounds to your best season.

How we get you back on the course.

Golf movement assessment

We screen the rotation, stability, and mobility your swing depends on, and find the weak link.

Pain treatment

Hands-on care for the back, elbow, shoulder, or hip that's been costing you strokes.

Rotation & power rebuilding

Mobility and strength work built around the demands of the golf swing.

Return-to-course plan

A progressive path back to full rounds, with guidance to keep the pain from coming back.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Common golf complaints

What we fix.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Golf rehab, answered.

Do I have to stop playing during treatment?
Usually not entirely. We often adjust volume while we treat, and get you back to full rounds progressively.
Can you actually help my swing?
We're not swing coaches, and we don't pretend to be. What we fix is the body the swing runs on, and better mobility and strength routinely show up in ball flight. We're happy to work alongside your pro.
Is it covered by insurance?
Treatment for pain and injury usually is. Performance-focused work may be self-pay. We'll walk you through it.
I'm not in pain. Can I still come?
Yes. Plenty of golfers come to move better, gain distance, and prevent the injuries they see coming.
Do I need a referral?
For most plans, no. Illinois direct access lets you book directly with us. Medicare and workers' comp do require a referral, and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit.
