Who this is for

Hand therapy can help if you

When your hands don't work right, everything is harder. We can help.

Our approach

Small joints, big impact.

Your hands are some of the most intricate structures in your body, and a small problem can quickly limit everything you do. That's why hand therapy takes real specialization.

We also look up the whole chain, because wrist and hand issues are often influenced by the elbow, shoulder, and neck. Treating the full picture is how we get lasting results, not just temporary relief.

How we help

Specialized, hands-on care.

Here's how we restore your hands.

Manual therapy

Skilled, gentle techniques to restore motion, ease pain, and get stiff joints and tissues moving again.

Custom splinting & orthoses

Supports made and fitted for you to protect healing tissue and improve function.

Scar & swelling management

Proven techniques to reduce swelling and soften scar tissue so your hand moves freely.

Strength & dexterity retraining

Progressive exercises that rebuild grip, precision, and the fine control your day depends on.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

What we help with

Common reasons patients see us.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

Good questions

Hand therapy, answered.

Do I need a referral to be seen?
For most plans, no. In Illinois you can start therapy without a referral and book directly with us. Medicare and workers' comp do require a referral, and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit.
Do you make custom splints?
Yes. When it helps your recovery, we fabricate and fit custom splints and orthoses designed specifically for your hand and your needs.
Is hand therapy covered by insurance?
Most major plans cover it, and we'll verify your coverage before your first visit. Self-pay options are available too.
Can you help after hand or wrist surgery?
Absolutely. Post-surgical hand rehab is one of our specialties, and we coordinate closely with your surgeon's plan.
How long will recovery take?
It depends on the injury and your goals. Your therapist will give you an honest timeline after your assessment.
