Who this is for

Lymphedema therapy can help if you

Swelling you can manage is swelling that doesn't run your life.

Our approach

Skilled treatment changes the course.

Lymphedema happens when the lymphatic system can't drain fluid the way it should, often after cancer treatment or surgery. Left alone it tends to progress, but with skilled treatment it can be reduced and managed well.

Our trained therapists combine hands-on drainage techniques with compression, movement, and education, then teach you to manage it yourself, so you're in control, not the swelling.

How we help

Complete care for lasting control.

The full toolkit, not just one technique.

Manual lymphatic drainage

Gentle, specialized massage that helps move fluid out of the affected limb.

Compression therapy

Bandaging and garment guidance that keep swelling down between and after sessions.

Movement & exercise

Specific exercises that use your muscles as a natural pump for the lymphatic system.

Self-management training

You'll learn the skills and skin-care habits to keep swelling controlled for the long run.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Closely related

Connected care.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Lymphedema therapy, answered.

Can lymphedema be cured?
Lymphedema is a condition we manage rather than cure, but with good treatment most people get meaningful, lasting relief and stay in control of it.
How soon should I start after noticing swelling?
Early treatment matters. The sooner swelling is addressed, the easier it is to manage, so don't wait to have it looked at.
What should I wear to appointments?
Comfortable clothing that gives access to the affected limb. We'll guide you on compression garments as part of care.
Do you coordinate with my medical team?
Yes. We work alongside your oncology and medical providers so everything fits your bigger picture.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most major plans cover lymphedema therapy. We'll verify your coverage before your first visit.
