Strong through pregnancy. Stronger after.

Specialized care to keep you moving comfortably through pregnancy and rebuild your strength safely after birth, at your pace, on your timeline.

Who this is for

This care is for you if…

Pregnancy changes everything. Support should keep up.

Our approach

Your body is doing something extraordinary.

Pregnancy shifts your posture, your joints, and the load on nearly every muscle you have. Aches along the way are common, but they're not something you simply have to push through.

We support your body through each stage, then guide the rebuild afterward, core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength, so you return to what you love without guessing what's safe.

How we help

Care for every stage.

From bump to birth to back at it.

Pregnancy pain relief

Gentle, effective treatment for the back, hip, rib, and pelvic pain that pregnancy can bring.

Birth preparation

Strength, mobility, and breathing strategies that prepare your body for labor and delivery.

Postpartum rebuild

A guided return for your core and pelvic floor, including diastasis recovery, at the right pace.

Return to exercise

A tested, progressive path back to running, lifting, and the activities that make you feel like you.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Closely related

Connected care.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Pre & post-natal PT, answered.

Is physical therapy safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Care is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, and everything we do is chosen with you and your baby's safety first.
When can I start postpartum therapy?
Gentle work can often begin in the early weeks, with your provider's clearance. Whenever you start, we meet your body where it is.
Can you help with diastasis recti?
Yes. Guided, progressive core retraining is one of the most effective approaches for abdominal separation.
Do I need a referral?
For most plans, no. In Illinois you can book directly with us, during or after pregnancy. Medicare and workers' comp do require a referral, and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most major plans cover it, and we'll verify your coverage before your first visit.
