Who this is for

This program is for you if…

League players, juniors, pickleball regulars, and lifelong competitors.

Our approach

The elbow is rarely the culprit.

Tennis elbow, and the pickleball version of it, is the classic example of pain showing up far from its cause. When your shoulder, trunk, or legs aren't contributing enough to your stroke, the forearm takes over, and it isn't built for that job.

We treat the angry tissue, then trace the stroke back through your whole chain to fix what overloaded it. That's why our results last beyond the next league season.

How we help

Strong strokes, fast feet, no flare-ups.

How we rebuild your game.

Pain treatment

Hands-on care for elbow, shoulder, knee, and back pain that's keeping you off the court.

Stroke chain assessment

We find the link in your serve and strokes that's making another part overwork.

Court movement & agility

Footwork, cutting, and deceleration training that protects knees and ankles.

Return-to-play progression

A stepwise path from hitting to full matches, built around your schedule.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

Common court complaints

What we fix.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

Good questions

Tennis and pickleball, answered.

Can I keep playing while I'm treated?
Often yes, with smart adjustments to volume and intensity. We'd rather modify your game than take it away.
Why does my tennis elbow keep coming back?
Because braces and rest treat the symptom. If your stroke overloads the forearm, the pain returns when you do. We fix the overload.
I only started pickleball recently. Why am I hurting?
Most pickleball injuries are volume injuries. The sport is easy to pick up and easy to play four days a week, and tissue adapts more slowly than enthusiasm does. We rebuild your capacity so the schedule stops costing you.
Do you work with junior players?
Yes. Growing athletes need training loads and technique support matched to their development.
Is it covered by insurance?
Injury treatment usually is, and we'll verify your coverage first. Performance work may be self-pay.
Do I need a referral?
For most plans, no. Illinois direct access lets you book directly with us. Medicare and workers' comp do require a referral, and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit.
