Who this is for

This can help if you

These symptoms are common, treatable, and not something you have to live with.

Our approach

Balance is a whole-system job.

Staying steady relies on your inner ear, your eyes, and your body all talking to each other. When a concussion or vestibular issue disrupts that conversation, the result is dizziness, imbalance, or fog.

We assess the whole system to find what's actually driving your symptoms, then retrain it step by step. It's targeted, it's gentle, and it works, even when symptoms have lingered for a while.

How we help

Retraining your balance, step by step.

Gentle, targeted, and proven.

Vestibular rehab exercises

Targeted movements that recalibrate your inner ear and calm dizziness and vertigo.

Gaze stabilization

Training your eyes and inner ear to work together so the world stops moving when you do.

Balance retraining

Progressive work to restore steadiness and confidence, and lower your risk of falling.

Concussion recovery

A guided, symptom-based return to work, school, screens, and sport, at a pace that's right for you.

Insurance & getting started

No referral needed. Most insurance accepted.

In Illinois you can start physical therapy without a doctor's referral, so there's nothing standing between you and relief. We accept most major plans and offer self-pay options. Not sure about your coverage? We'll check it for you before your first visit.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

Here's exactly what your first visit looks like.

1

We listen first

We start with your history, your symptoms, and the goals that matter to you.

2

We find the cause

We look at how your whole body moves to find what's driving your pain, not just where it hurts.

3

You leave with a plan

A hands-on treatment plan built around your body and your life, and a therapist who stays with you the whole way.

What we help with

Common reasons patients see us.

One team, one standard

The same care at every clinic.

Every therapist on our team is trained in the entirety of the kinetic chain. That means we look at how your whole body moves, not just the part that hurts, and treat the cause instead of the symptom. You get that same care at all 10 of our clinics.

One proven approach

The same hands-on, whole-body approach guides every plan we build.

One standard, every clinic

Every clinic is held to the same standard, set by therapists with advanced training in how the body moves.

A team that knows you

You'll see the same faces at your home clinic, people who know your name and your goals.

Results that speak

You're in good hands.

"…Next, I came back after I suffered a concussion sustained at a rock concert. We ran a comprehensive analysis of my post-concussion mobility and thereafter focused on reducing muscle tightness in my neck, shoulders and back."

"Great experience with Marie, who it turns out, is one of the few physical therapists in Chicago who can treat vertigo. She knows her stuff and was a pleasure to get treatment from."

Good questions

Vestibular & concussion therapy, answered.

Do I need a referral to be seen?
For most plans, no. In Illinois you can start without a referral and book directly with us. Medicare and workers' comp do require a referral, and we'll confirm your coverage before your first visit.
Can therapy really help my dizziness?
Yes. Vestibular rehabilitation is well-researched and highly effective for many causes of dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance, often surprisingly quickly.
How soon after a concussion should I come in?
Guided care can help at almost any stage. Don't wait for symptoms to become chronic, we'll meet you where you are.
Is it covered by insurance?
Most major plans cover it, and we'll verify your coverage before your first visit.
How many visits will I need?
It varies by cause and severity. Some issues resolve in just a few visits; your therapist will give you an honest estimate.
