I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, then continued at Governors State University for my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. I have worked with a wide range of orthopedic and functional conditions, and what interests me most is helping people return to the activities that are meaningful to them.
I specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women's health, including urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, and pregnancy and postpartum concerns. My background in kinesiology and exercise science shapes how I treat: evidence-based movement, therapeutic exercise, education, and functional strategies, aimed at the whole person rather than one symptom. I am committed to continued education and to care that is built around you.
Outside the clinic, you will find me with my animal crew, going on adventures big and small, staying active, or dancing whenever I can.
