Get to know Emma.
My name is Emma, and I joined Sports & Ortho in June 2025 after earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy at North Central College. I came to this field through my own experiences as a soccer player and the recoveries I went through along the way. Seeing what physical therapists did for me is what made me want to do it for other people.
I like to individualize each session based on how you are presenting that day and what you tell me about how you are feeling and progressing. My goal is for you to move with less pain, get back to the sports and activities you love, and feel comfortable, heard, and confident the whole way through.
Outside the clinic I am an aunt to my niece and nephew, I rewatch The Office more often than I should admit, and I am always up for trying a new coffee shop.
