I am an outpatient physical therapist specializing in orthopedic care. I earned my undergraduate degree in human biology in 2018 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2021. I went into this field because I have always wanted to help people, and because of the level of connection physical therapy allows you to build. It is one of the few careers where you get to spend real time with patients and watch their progress, which is my favorite part of the job.
I believe in a whole-body, patient-centered approach. Rather than focusing only on the area of pain or injury, I want to understand you as a whole person and address the things limiting your movement, strength, and confidence. My goal is to help you build what you need to get back to the activities you love and fully enjoy your life.
Outside of the clinic I enjoy being a mom, gardening, reading, crocheting, baking, and swimming.
