Rehab goes better when the room is a good place to be, so that is the first thing I try to get right.
Hi, I'm Nicole. I have been a physical therapist assistant since 2020 and have worked primarily in orthopedic outpatient care. I earned my bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2017, then my PTA degree at Fox College in 2020.
My interest in this field started with my own experience playing volleyball in high school and working with my athletic trainers, which is where sports rehabilitation first caught my attention. I have since completed the Fellow of Applied Functional Science program through the Gray Institute, which shapes how I look at the way a whole body moves rather than just the part that hurts. I enjoy providing hands-on care, helping you reach your goals, and keeping the process a positive one from start to finish.
Outside the clinic I stay active with Pilates, tennis, and running, and I take my puppy on a lot of long walks.
