I have spent more than forty years looking for the root cause behind someone's pain, and I still love the work as much as I did at the start.
I found physical therapy at fourteen, when I had a spinal fusion for scoliosis. That experience put me on this path, and I earned my degree at Marquette University. More than forty years later I am still treating, and I still love what I do.
I like to figure out the root cause of what is going on rather than chase the symptom in front of me. The aim is to improve your overall function and quality of life, not just to quiet the pain for a week. Postural issues are a particular passion of mine, scoliosis most of all.
Outside of work I enjoy exercising, walking my dog, spending time with my family, quilting, and I am very involved in my church.
