When patients genuinely feel seen and heard, they recover better, and that is where I start with everyone.
I graduated from Malcolm X College in 2023 as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and I also hold a BFA from Pratt Institute in New York City. I have treated both orthopedic and neurologic patients of all ages, with additional experience in aquatic therapy and post-mastectomy care.
Fifteen years of dancing in just about every style gave me a detailed understanding of how the body moves, and I lean on that every day when I am watching someone's movement patterns. I care a lot about individualizing treatment. When patients truly feel seen and heard, they have a better recovery and a better experience in physical therapy.
In my free time I am rock climbing or bouldering, dancing, and taking my rescue dog to the park.
