Rachel Winter
I love working with hardworking people of all ages, and especially with athletes who want a real plan to get back to their sport.
Get to know Rachel.
I have been treating patients in the greater Chicago area since 2020. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Widener University, after my undergraduate degree at West Virginia University, and I moved here from Pennsylvania for the chance to work with Team USA, which I still do on the side.
Gymnasts and dancers ask an enormous amount of their bodies, so we look closely at how you actually move, find what is driving the problem, and rebuild the strength and control your sport demands. The same approach works whether you compete or you just want your body back.
