I treat injuries throughout the body, with a particular focus on the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck.
I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries throughout the body, with a special interest in hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and neck conditions. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University, and I am currently working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist. Two hand surgeries of my own, years of competitive volleyball, and drumming have given me a personal appreciation for how much it matters to get back to the things you enjoy.
My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident throughout your recovery. The best outcomes come from building the plan together, around your goals and your life, whether that means returning to work, to sport, or to everyday activities.
Beyond patient care, I serve as Director for the American Physical Therapy Association's Academy of Hand and Upper Extremity, hold a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership, have contributed to research and publications on healthcare leadership, and helped develop an evidence-based clinical practice resource for treating carpal tunnel syndrome. Staying involved in the profession keeps the latest thinking in the room with you.
Outside the clinic, you will usually find me playing volleyball, trying to improve my golf game, adding to my movie collection, or into the latest tech and games.
