Daniel Gilkey :
Daniel graduated from The Ohio State University in 2014 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount St. Joseph University in 2019. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he has been living in the Chicagoland area since 2019. Daniel has experience working in the orthopedics and sports medicine settings and treating operative and non-operative patients throughout a variety of diagnoses and age groups.
Since graduating from Mount St. Joseph University he has been focusing on continually expanding his clinical skills and knowledge base. He’s certified in Blood Flow Restriction therapy, and currently undergoing certification in Applied Functional Science and Myofasical Trigger Point Therapy. He believes in the importance of establishing a connection with his patients and educating them on their condition to empower them to fully regain their full functional abilities.
Having spent time in Mèxico, Honduras, and Pànama he takes pleasure in connecting with individuals from all different cultures and experiences. Daniel is fluent in Spanish. In his free time he enjoys exercising, listening to music, and following the Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State football.
